This morning Xiaomi finally officially announced its next foldable display phone, the Mix Fold 3. The previous one already beat the market with an astonishing feature, but this one adds to it.
The launch will take place on 14 August at 13:00, Hungarian time. The location will be China, of course, but the event will be broadcast globally on all Xiaomi channels. And of course I won't be missing out, you can follow the event with Hungarian commentary on the Hello Xiaomi YouTube channel.

Many pictures of the phone were shared by Lei Jun on his Weibo page. We can get to know the new phone from almost every side. He also revealed the colors and the material of the back, which is black and gold, with leather and ceramic material. As we can see in the pictures, there will be four camera units on the back with Leica support. Their features have not yet been revealed, but it will probably follow in the footsteps of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
We don't know the properties, but I can guess what they will be. The basic thing is that it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Memory size will be a minimum of 12 GB, with a back price coming in at a max of 1 TB. Like the previous one, it will come with a picture display, a smaller one when closed, while when opened up inside it will be the giant, yet unknown size.

The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 foldable screen mobile phone is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The rear quad camera will feature 3.2x portrait focus and 5x periscope telephoto. It supports 67 W wired fast charging and 50 W wireless fast charging. With improved communication capabilities, new water drop hinge and enhanced drop protection, the body is thinner and lighter.
