At the end of September, Xiaomi unveiled the latest addition to the Mi 8 family, the Mi 8 Lite. The Mi 8 Lite, a competitor to the Mi 8 SE, has similar hardware but a larger display, and is aimed specifically at young people with its affordable pricing and new colour options.
The Mi 8 Lite has a 6.26-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1080 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio. The display features a notch on top, just like the Mi 8, Mi 8 SE, Poco F1 and the Mi 8 Explorer Edition.
Performance is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE 8-core processor with Adreno 512 GPU. The chipset uses advanced 14 nanometre FinFET technology. We first saw it in the Mi Note 3.
The phone comes in three memory configurations: 4 GB RAM with 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM with 64 GB storage, and 6 GB RAM with 128 GB storage.
Its global launch has just started in Ukraine and is now available almost everywhere except in Hungarian stores.
