Patent holders IP Bridge, Orange, Siemens and Xiaomi, a leading global manufacturer of consumer electronics and smart devices, have announced an end to their long-running dispute over the transfer of innovative patent rights. This will allow the transfer of licenses for a number of inventions to Xiaomi. The agreement was brokered by Novus IP, owned by Paul Lin, Xiaomi's former head of IP strategy, who has been highly effective in assisting Xiaomi and the other three licensees in the transfer of the licences.
