Xiaomi combines a bendable screen with a sliding one, another interesting patent

There's never a shortage of ideas, which can sometimes be outrageous... but never look at that, but at the innovation behind it, or at least the potential for innovation. One day you'll see that this will be the coolest stuff!

Once again, we came across this "gem" on LetsgoDIGITAL, which at first glance looks like the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, but with a twist. The screen of the phone is not only swipable, like on the Mix 3, but can also be opened!

Although the selfie camera is under the sliding screen, when opened it only faces the main camera, which is a bit pointless. Although nowadays there's no point in looking for logic in these things, as it's just an idea that mostly won't be implemented. Though I'm not saying I wouldn't accept it, folding it up to take selfies is cool with it, I just slide the display down, but if I feel like playing games or filming I'll open it up and enjoy the possibilities the big screen gives me. Come on! I'll get to like it...
