The Xiaomi family already has a gamer phone branch, the Black Shark. Which is usually the best on the market with the latest technology, but the price is well above the pendulum of Hungarian users. Redmi would bring a solution to this.

The Redmi K40 series was launched in February. Alongside the Redmi K40 Pro and Redmi K40 Pro+, which offer higher performance, a better camera and a surprisingly good price. The Pro also comes with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, so it's the best in performance.

China's best players also took part in the Call of Duty Masters event to hone their performance and gaming experience. They used the Redmi K40 Pro to test their skills and share their opinions and suggestions with the company.

This has resulted in the Redmi K40 Gamer Enhanced Edition phone, which will focus specifically on the gaming experience. But it will also, of course, be perfectly suited to everyday tasks.

We already know a lot about the phone, which will be released on 27 April, although we have gathered this from certificates and some leaked information. The handset will be powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, will feature the latest Samsung E4 AMOLED 144 Hz display, 5,000 mAh battery and 67 W fast charging. In addition to dedicated mechanical open/close shoulder buttons, it will have three cameras, surrounded by a LED gaming lighting effect, which may also serve as a notification. The meaning of the FREEZING and SPEEDIEST labels on either side of the camera island is not yet concrete, but it probably gets the best cooling and fastest system.

"Not too thick, not too heavy, not too fashionable and not too expensive". This is how he described it Xiaomi CEO also posted the new Redmi K40 phone on Weibo, so it won't be out of reach in terms of price. I mean in China... it's expected to have a starting price of around 2.000 Juan ~ 92.000 Ft, which is x1.5 spread. But rumour has it that it will also be released in India, under the Poco brand, in the F series. We'll see!
