POCO is fast becoming India's biggest company, having been created by Xiaomi as a local brand and flooding the country with products that meet Indian needs and wallets.
POCO has so far only offered phones, not only in the Indian market, but worldwide. Here too, it has managed to gather quite a large following so far, starting with the first version of the POCOPHONE and including the POCO X3 NFC. But now news has emerged that they are opening a new line in the company's life.
Xiaomi is incredibly popular in India, offering decent to outstanding performance and quality at an affordable price, not to mention the size of the market. That's how an Indian enthusiast stumbled across on the BIS (Buro of India Standarts) site that two batteries have been certified, two Xiaomi and two POCO for his laptop. So we can expect POCO to announce two notebooks soon, which will be the Indian equivalent of one of the Chinese Redmi machines, based on the type designation of the batteries. Let's hope we will finally have a Hungarian Xiaomi/Redmi/POCO laptop...
