The Double 11 (11.11) series of actions in China has ended and Xiaomi usually reports on the results. This time they've come up with some brutal numbers, with an unprecedented total. Of these, only the Xiaomi 14 series went as high as if they were giving it away for free!
Xiaomi's Weibo channels are ablaze with news of the results of last week's Double 11 series of promotions. In China, Xiaomi has made huge revenue, with its best results in 10 years. Across all sales channels, a total of 22.4 billion yuan, that's 1,083,369,273,280 Ft was collected. It's hard to even pronounce: one billion eighty-three billion three hundred sixty-nine million two hundred seventy-three thousand two hundred eighty-five hundred thousand two hundred eighty forints. Right?
This includes all products, such as household, health care, consumer electronics and other products, including phones. But the most surprising Xiaomi 14 series was weight loss. A total of 1.44 million units were sold during the 11.11 series! This includes the regular Xiaomi 14, the Xiaomi 14 Pro and the Xiaomi 14 Pro Titanium edition. Of course, the prices outside are much more affordable than in Europe, even the Titanium version is only 6.490 yuan ~ 315.000 Ft in the East.
Xiaomi is also the only Chinese smartphone manufacturer to have achieved month-on-month positive growth in the Chinese smartphone market. Its monthly growth was 8.9%, which was miles higher than Apple's monthly growth of 0.8%.
Huawei came second and Honor third in terms of market share. Both companies, however, saw their market share decline compared to the previous month. Huawei's market share fell from 14% to 13%, while Honor's market share fell from 13.2% to 12.8%.
In our country, however, the Black Friday action series is just starting, although it will probably not be as big, but it's worth paying attention. Check out the ever-expanding range, there might be one or two good offers!
