I hope I don't have to introduce everyone to Xiaomi's mascot, MITU. Or as it's also called, Mi Rabbit, or Mi Bunny. You've seen this mascot bunny in so many places, you've seen it at every opening, event, theme, plush, pictures, smiley. But perhaps the oldest and most seen place, we've seen it in our phones, including in fastboot mode.

MITU

Unfortunately, in the Chinese closed beta update released today, the fastboot mode no longer includes MITU as it welds the Android figure. If you haven't seen it, it looks like this:

MIUI fastboot

This is the image that greets us when we, for example. we want to open the bootloader, or flesh out the factory wreck. This will soon be over and the red star, which in our country is a symbol of authoritarianism, will no longer be in MIUI systems. Instead, there will just be a plain "FASTBOOT" inscription.

Goodbye MITU! An era is ending with you... :-(
