The third fun and youthful product at the Redmi launch was the new earphones, the Redmi Buds 4 Lite. This is the third in the family, alongside the regular and Pro versions. Three almost completely different earbuds, but the Lite is perhaps the most distinctive of them all.

The first image is absolutely telling, as we have never seen such a colour palette. Back in the day, the Xiaomi True Wireless 3 Pro was available in two colours in addition to the boring white and black, but they were more serious than cheerful.

3.9 g lightweight, semi-insertable. So convenient that I always forget to take it off
One earpiece weighs as little as 3.9 g, which is lighter than an A4 sheet of paper, light and weightless. The earpiece stem is shorter, compact and refined, reducing the risk of falling off during exercise. The semi-in-ear design fits the curve of the earcup, making it comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Thin and lightweight horizontal funnel
No matter how small your pocket, it fits
The horizontal charging compartment makes it easy to carry the headphones, with a thickness of just 22.2 mm, the size of a tissue paper packet, light and small, easy to carry.

12 mm double-layer composite membrane
Large diaphragm, high amplitude
The 12 mm moving coil's double-layer polymer composite diaphragm is clear and loud, and the highs are thick and powerful. Carefully tuned by the Xiaomi Acoustic Laboratory, it is clear and distortion-free. Every detail of the music can be heard.

New Bluetooth™ 5.3
Lower latency, more stable connection
Newly enhanced Bluetooth™ 5.3 technology greatly improves anti-interference performance. When the headset is connected to a Bluetooth device, latency is reduced and stability is improved. You can immerse yourself in music and calls without distraction.

Call noise reduction. Even in busy street corners you can have a cheerful conversation
The built-in high-sensitivity microphone combined with the call noise reduction algorithm effectively reduces ambient noise and accurately extracts clear human voices. Even in noisy environments, the other party can hear your voice clearly.

20 hours battery life
Listen anytime and for as long as you want
The battery life of the headphones alone can last up to 5 hours, and the battery life when used with the charging box is up to 20 hours. Type C charging socket, more convenient for daily use.

IP54 rated dust and waterproof
Not afraid of sweat splashes
The earphones have passed the IP54 dust and waterproof test, so you can enjoy cosy protection whether you're commuting or sweating.

MIUI Open Cover Pair
Quick pairing of mobile phones and tablets
Open the charger box next to your phone and when the interface pops up, tap to quickly pair. Many Xiaomi and Redmi phones and tablets can do a one-click quick connect.
