The launch of MIUI 13 will coincide with the launch of the Xiaomi 12 phone, which is theoretically due on 16 December. A possible list already known, but concrete information is coming in on internal beta and stable tests.

MIUI 13

MIUI 13 Chinese beta versions are not so important for us now, as we don't have weekly updates anyway. What is, however, is the stable release, as that's the only one available for all European phones. Last week, however, the Chinese stable MIUI 13 was launched for 7 phones:

  • MIX 4
  • Xiaomi 11 Ultra
  • Xiaomi 11
  • Redmi K40
  • Redmi K40 Pro
  • Mi 11 Lite 5G
  • Mi 10S

But this week, two more Chinese domestic phones received the stable update:

  • Redmi K40 Gaming
  • Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G

But what's interesting is that these phones are on the global market, Poco were released under the brand:

  • POCO F3 GT
  • POCO X3 GT

The Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition, or POCO F3 GT, received the first MIUI 13 internal stable beta yesterday. The build number is "V13.0.0.1.SKJCNXM" and is based on Android 12. The Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G, i.e. POCO X3 GT received the stable update with build number "V13.0.0.1.SKPCNXM", also based on Android 12.

In addition to the Xiaomi 12 family, the 7 phones mentioned above will be the first to receive the MIUI 13 stable update and of course two Redmi/Poco phones. Although all phones outside of China will not be updated until 2022, but those who have these two Poco phones can expect to get the new system first.
