There has been a lot of buzz here since May, after the launch of the anniversary Mi 8 series. Everyone was expecting the next numbered top phone, an interesting move from the company. Mi 8, Mi 8 SE, Mi 8 EE and now the Mi 8X has surfaced.
We recently wrote that Xiaomi CEO was the first to see this mysterious device, and we even speculated that it might not be Mi 8X, but Mi Note 4.Well, since it has received the Chinese CCC certification, there is no doubt which device it is.
In addition, the phone will be available in three versions, M1808D2TE, M1808D2TT and M1808D2TC, which means that we will see it soon. No specs have been revealed about it yet, but folks have whispered that it will be powered by the SD710 processor after the SE and will also get the EE under-screen fingerprint reader. Battery is also expected to be around 3,000 mAh and will include the usual dual rear camera.
There is no official information, Xiaomi has not yet released a poster. We'll wait and see.
