Already last week, an interesting flood of messages started to appear on Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco owners' phones, warning them that Google Play was warning them that the Themes app was dangerous. There were also cases where the juzer got scared and disabled the Themes app. A Xiaomi has issued a statement.

Letiltotta a Google Play a Témák alkalmazást

Hello Xiaomi fans !

We are aware of the warning about our Themes app. We are no longer issuing this warning and are working with Google to identify the cause of the problem.

If you still see this warning but have not yet disabled the Themes app, you can do the following:

Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile in the top right corner of the screen. Select "Play Protect" and open "Settings" (gear). Turn off "Scan apps with Play Protect". Go back to Play Protect and flip the switch back on. The warning should not appear after a new scan.

If you have already disabled the Themes app, try the following to restore access:

Tap the menu button in the top right corner of the screen under Settings → Applications → Manage application menu. Select the option that allows you to reset the application settings. Some applications may then ask for permission. If you do not use the Applications account, the application will appear on the Home screen. Otherwise, it will appear in the Applications drawer.

The Themes app has since been updated by Xiaomi, but the issue as to why it was deemed dangerous by Play Protect has not been disclosed. More than likely we received a false positive alert and there is nothing wrong with the Themes app. So no para, everything is fine, our data is safe!
