Through its partners and its social platform, Xiaomi has launched a range of sports and leisure shoes, children's shoes and casual shoes for men and women in recent years. As well as phones, home appliances, smart home systems and TVs, it has also been successful in the sports accessories market. In our country, more and more people own MiJia's lightweight running shoes, just as I was the happy and satisfied owner of a black pair a few weeks ago.
The star of today's show is once again a premium running shoe, this time made by Amazfit.
The quality of the materials used is once again high, and the design has been slightly updated compared to MiJia. The price is also very friendly, as it is within the price of the MiJia, which is 10-13.000 Ft when ordered from the webshop.
The choice here is similar to the other model, as far as the presence of an activity chip is concerned. It can be ordered with it (and the second generation is coming) or without it. In terms of colours, there is a bright orange for the gentlemen or a rose powder for the ladies. The bright colour is particularly advantageous at dusk or in wooded areas, if you are not looking for concealment. First of all, I must discourage gentlemen with larger feet, as the maximum is 45 here too.
Let's first have a personal opinion of MiJia, after two weeks of use:
The shoe arrived after 3 weeks from Gearbest's online shop in China. I asked for Holland entry when ordering, they did not clear customs, the total purchase price was 10.200 Ft, on special offer. The average prices are around 12-16.000 Ft, so it is not a good idea to shop around. In addition, the Smart Chip promised as a gift was included in the package, but not everyone got it.
The Mi Fit pairing took about 2 minutes and has been doing its job ever since. I didn't monitor it daily, but compared to the Mi Band 2, there is a +/- 5% difference, which could be due to the use without shoes. The fabric on the ankle area is snug, no tightness, no lugging in my feet. This is handy because it prevents small pebbles from getting inside the shoe, which was a regular problem with the ankle boots I used in winter. Walking was very comfortable, even jogging was almost a pleasure because of the great cushioning and the soft sole. Sneakers have become very fashionable in recent years, but I prefer the comfort, which I have here, and the sneakers were uncomfortable after several hours of use.
Even in this early summer weather, MiJia shoes provide perfect ventilation even after 12 hours of use. The white fibres of the laces have a reflective coating, so even in the dark, the white sole and laces make the shoe invisible to motorists (but don't leave your visibility vest at home).
The talon has tiny holes, which preferentially collect the tiny pointed pebbles. Not too bad, but when the concrete gets louder, it's worth picking them out before they drill deeper. The appearance is solid, it's not the marbling that makes you pay 2-3x the price. I don't play any active sports in it, so it should last me the next couple of years. As the upper is soft fabric it is not really recommended for football. The size is accurate and with my size 43 feet, I am one of the lucky ones who can use MiJia shoes.

The Amazfit Antilop sneaker features a simple but attractive design. The upper design is said to be inspired by the flow curve of modern architecture. The material is manufactured using a hot melt foiling process. This not only preserves the interwoven fabric structure (fluffing), but also gives it a soft texture. The design also includes a transparent waterproof layer, but the design takes into account the internal air flow, i.e. it is well ventilated.
