MIUI 10 debuted the same day as Xiaomi Mi 8 and since then almost all devices have received the weekly/dev/dev (whichever you prefer) rom (37 devices). We haven't heard much about the stable branch in the last months, but finally we see the end of the tunnel.
The first device to receive the first Stabil update is the Xiaomi Mi 6. Why? Don't ask, but it's probably the best-selling device in the high-end category and the one that will run the most MIUI 9 stable. So the update for this phone is the most pressing. But what do we know about the first Strabil rom? For now it only affects the CHINAI stable branch, NOT GLOBALLY! The update is only available as an OTA, it is not downloadable yet, so you will have to wait a bit for the cooked roms, which will include the Hungarian language. The update is 589 MB in size and the Android security patch level is already August. The update is not a generic one either, only a few Chinese MIUI 9 stable users got it, which is already common from Xiaomi, after the internal tests a little publicity doesn't hurt either, because the developers are unable to reproduce and test every real-life situation, so it's up to a few enthusiastic fans to make sure others get it. Once these tests have been completed, the multilingual, or global, version will be released.
