The Xiaomi 13 series has been a big hit in the East, with good hardware and the new MIUI 14 proving to be a good combination. However, we didn't know anything about the global release until now, we just suspected that it would come here in a few months. But now we finally have some tangible proof that the Xiaomi 13 series is heading to Europe!
More evidence has emerged that the Xiaomi 13 series is on its way to Europe. The first stop is always India, the second largest market for the Xiaomi family. The Xiaomi 13 and Pro versions have been included in the BIS list. The BIS certification India or the Indian Bureau of Standards BIS registration ensures the quality, safety and reliability of products in accordance with Indian standards. For certain types of products, manufacturers must have a BIS certificate or BIS registration to import them into India. So the first step is done, phones can be imported into the country.
The second step is to pass the NBTC check. A National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, or National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, both phones are listed. The data sheets show nothing except that they have been granted permission to use the frequency bands. But that's great news for us, because we are only a few steps away from European certification!
In this spirit, the international release of the Xiaomi 13 series is expected as early as February. Considering the releases so far, it usually takes about 1 month between the certifications and the launch. And after the international launch, it will be released in the Hungarian market within 1 month or sooner. So there is light at the end of the tunnel!
