From the certification information, we learn that the 2311FRAFDC model will support 33W wired fast charging and is expected to be the Redmi Note 13R model. And the 2312CRAD3C model with 67W wired fast charging will be the Redmi Note 13R Pro model. Both products are manufactured by Nanchang Qinsheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
Redmi Note 12R
