Although the global version of MIUI 12 for first-round devices arrived only 3 months ago, and not all supported devices have received the coveted system since then, Xiaomi is rumoured to be working on MIUI 13. According to leaked information, the system could be released in mid-2021, which seems realistic given the trends of the previous years.
A video has recently surfaced, which theoretically shows how the new system's off menu works. This is the first video of the new version, so like all such leaks, it should be treated with caution.
Xiaomi is likely to announce it in late 2020-early 2021, until then we will most certainly see videos and screenshots.
The video also includes a list, which is definitely fake, it includes devices that will not receive MIUI 12, so I will not publish this list, there will be too many fake lists...
Back in April, xiaomi.cn, the Chinese site of Xiaomi, published a post, where fans are invited to participate in the functional design of MIUI 13, so the preparation has already started in April or earlier.
