Less than a month ago, Xiaomi’s president Lin Bin announced on Weibo the launch of the Mi Mix 3 in October. Since then we have been eagerly looking forward to the announcement concerning when exactly we can see the new flagship phone. So far we have blurry rumours – which we must definitely take with a pinch of salt – that makes us believe that the launch event will take place on 15 October. Besides the Mix 3, perhaps the Mi Note 4, so-far known as LEX will come out. The Mix 3 got 3 C Certification yesterday.
4 different variants are listed on CCC as M1810E5A, M1810E5E, M1810E5T and M1810E5EC. These can be the different RAM/ROM variants as in the case of Mi 8, 6/64, 6/128, 6/256, 8/128GB. Not much is known about the specifications of the phone on this page but it is interesting that it supports 12V/1,5A charging. All the other things are rumours and speculations as for example the SD845 SoC, in-screen fingerprint recognition, dedicated AI button but its slide-type design can be taken for granted. We will get to know more information after its appearance on TENAA.
