MIUI10 Global Stable Update for some devices such as:Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi Note 5, Redmi Y2 Mi 5/Mi 6, Mi Mix/Mix 2 és Mi Note 2 has started recently. Contrary to weekly update it contains no all features that you may have heard or read about in certain comments, groups and videos as Stable version contains mainly the features which are free from bugs. MIUI 10 focuses more on AI and it is much better in system operation, running apps and taking better photos than MIUI 9. It provides faster, smoother operation and better users’ experience.
Although users’ interface will not please everyone but we can improve this with unique themes which were hidden by designers referring to GDPR and we get back only if we set it to a region outside the EU. The same is the case with facial recognition and many other features. These problems haven’t been solved yet….
We get updates OTA automatically but not everybody first. Some lucky ones are offered the possibility of update but only once. If you don’t take advantage of this chance then you have to wait. Why is it so? This is also a test. In a random way they release the the update and based on users’ feedback they decide if they send it to millions of devices. If the ROM’s File link is officially released then you can flash the update and use Update app (Settings – About phone – Update) and your system is updated.

Next update is to arrive early October 2018.
