I was pleasantly surprised while I was trying to test the Redmi Note 5 Snapdragon 636 chip with better Android based games but the Andreno 509 GPu also performed well. Smooth gaming, not much of heating even in a case. True, that based on Antutu ranking it is not a top category device but according to Geekbench it easily bears down the 1-2 year-old great ones. I tested Tekken, Asphalt 8:Airborn and World of Tanks Blitz and they ran surprisingly smooth. In the Asphalt sometimes I realised as if some shots were left out when many things exploded or moved on the screen at the same time but it did not affect user's experience. Others may not notice....
