The head of the Russian space agency is angry at Elon Musk

According to the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, Elon Musk has shown his teeth by sending Starlink satellites to Ukraine. 

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Mihajlo Fedorov, who also holds the post of Minister of Digital Development, asked Elon Musk for help on Twitter after the Russian invasion caused internet disruption in Ukraine. The billionaire reacted and acted relatively quickly, posting some 10 hours later that he had activated Starlink service in Ukraine and that the necessary hardware was on its way. Since then, the equipment has also have arrived into the country.
