Within a month, Xiaomi has launched two electric shavers. The two products use different technology, giving fans the option to buy the right one for their skin type. I myself am not a fan of electric razors. It's probably 15 years since I tried a Philips circular razor, which was not the most pleasant experience. Obviously it was not a top of the range model, and it did not allow wet shaving like the current MiJia product. While writing this article, I scanned through the current offerings of popular manufacturers' models. There is a huge range of choice in terms of both shape, capability and price range. It's almost unbelievable that for the price of a Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner, you can find a razor that still doesn't shave itself.
Several of you have indicated that the SMATE model with vibrating knife is the most appealing, but at the time of writing it is not yet available. Depending on the thickness and sensitivity of the skin, and the density and thickness of the facial hair, it is worth planning ahead to decide which is more suitable for you. An Asian male stubble is one thing, a European stubble is another. Many men, even in their twenties, do not have the density and thickness of hair that is presentable in the form of a "wearable" beard or stubble, and for them, either SMATE or the current MiJia product is recommended. And for those with dense, wire-brush thick hair...well, I recommend the more serious Philips, Braun, Remington models. But for those who might get one of the two Xiaomi versions, please post your experience in the comments.

So let's see what the MiJia 3 circular electric razor can do.

The current price of the razor in the known Chinese online shops (Gearbest, Geekbuying, Aliexpress...) ranges between 64 and 44 dollars, i.e. 16.200 and 11.100 Ft. The higher price is Geekbuying, the lower is Aliexpress. Since it is a Chinese warehouse, you should calculate possible customs duties into the price.
