In the Google Maps Street View, a figure in a jumpsuit with no head and no limbs is scaring internet users.
The Google Maps service has already revealed many strange and surprising images, child in a rubbish bin, stealth heavy bomber and figures that look like ghosts - to name just a few of many. This time, too, a keen-eyed internet user spotted something rather unusual on the virtual map: a figure in overalls, with no head and no limbs, striding up and down the streets of New York.
The strange figure appears around the Navy Yard industrial complex in Brooklyn, and can be seen in various poses, including one in which he is dancing and fooling around.
Who or what the inexplicable phenomenon could be is anyone's guess, but seeing the pictures certainly got the imagination of internet users going. They started sharing their theories on Reddit, with one commenter noting that the figure resembled a fictional movie monster called the Hollow Man. The British Daily Star according to the footage was taken back in May 2019, but only now has someone spotted it.
This isn't the only news from the Google Maps world: recently, a huge Chinese propaganda message found at on the page, addressed to the former all-powerful leader of the People's Republic of China, Mao Tse-tung.
