Google warns of climate crisis on Earth Day

To mark Earth Day, Google has also raised awareness of one of the world's most pressing and important problems - climate change.  

It's not unusual for Google to create a unique graphic or animation to mark a special holiday or special event, and display it on the homepage in place of the familiar logo. On Earth Day, the search giant is highlighting the impact of climate change in four different locations to draw attention to the already visible consequences of global warming.
